Welcome to The Reid Group, LLC. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our services, including business consulting, leadership training programs, AkiliTech CRM, Akili Voice AI services, and related digital products. By using our services or accessing our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

The Reid Group provides consulting, training, leadership development programs, webinars, online courses, AI-driven CRM solutions (“AkiliTech”), and AI-powered voice services (“Akili Voice”). All services are subject to availability and may be updated or modified without prior notice.

2. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

Payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement. Fees for training, consulting, and subscription-based services (including AkiliTech and Akili Voice) are non-refundable except as required by law or outlined in a written contract. Subscription services auto-renew unless cancelled in advance.

3. Use of Akili Voice & CRM Services

Akili Voice services provide AI-powered call handling, scheduling, and voice automation. By using Akili Voice, you consent to call data and interactions being stored and processed for quality, compliance, and service improvement. Users may not use Akili Voice or AkiliTech CRM for illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activities. The Reid Group may suspend or terminate services if misuse is detected.

4. Intellectual Property

All training materials, workbooks, consulting frameworks, online course content, software, and AI scripts provided by The Reid Group remain our intellectual property. Clients and users may not reproduce, distribute, or resell content without written permission. Licensing arrangements must be established separately in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials, and complying with all applicable laws. The Reid Group is not liable for errors caused by client misrepresentation or misuse of services.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Reid Group disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to CRM downtime, AI errors, or business losses. Our total liability will not exceed the fees paid by the client in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Fulton County, Georgia, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Clients waive the right to participate in class actions against The Reid Group.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
